Highland Glen
A single winding track leads for twenty miles up the remote glen of Strathconon in the fabulous Scottish Highlands. Flat arable plains and the softly flowing River Meig greets you at its start, while some of the country's most extreme and rugged terrain awaits at its far end.
In-between lie remote hamlets, moody lochs, silent woodlands, sweeping valleys and towering Munros. I spent a memorable week there photographing late summer among its sparkling waterfalls, mountain plains and lofted summits.
