Burning Sky Polly Joke II - rev

Around mid-summer, if a low 'spring' tide meets a high pressure front, then a stretch of sand at the end of Pollyjoke Cove is briefly revealed. It is a great place to be with a camera and a set of chest waders. For as the setting sun finally falls below the horizon, it's a wonderful experience to wade in the shallows and capture the 'bleeding' sky.

This photograph would ideally suit reproduction as an unframed, contemporary artwork. A high silver content print directly mounted under 2mm acrylic glass would accentuate and reflect the details and pick out flaring red hues amongst the subdued, blued colouration. Such a presentation would create a powerfully engaging artwork that would draw the eye on a dark or neutral wall. You will find a range of size options in this format in the drop down menu below.

Alternatively, a heavily carved, ornate black frame holding a smaller (A4/A3) fine art print would sit perfectly amongst the richly textured surroundings of a study or sitting room.
