This photograph was taken during the brief, fleeting moment of a dawn or dusk, that I call 'the magic minute'. It comes when the rising, or lowering, light allows for my optimum combination of camera, filter and flash settings. This provides me with the true, rich colouration and wonderful detail. By matching this magical time to the right state of the tide down at the foot of West Pentire, I get to shoot a lovely outcrop of rocks that run across the sand. They only flood like this for a short while, but on this tranquil spring daybreak, the timing and tide was perfect.
This image is ideally suited to reproduction, either as a 'traditional' mounted and framed fine art print, or as a 'contemporary' unframed acrylic glass artwork. The drop down menu below lists both purchase options in a number of sizes.
