Under a subtly marbled sky, dotted rocky outcrops 'float' in an ethereal sea. The merest breath of wind ruffles the surface that, when captured in a long exposure, turns to luminous depths with little definition between sea and sky.
On this warm, sultry, autumnal evening on the end of Pentire Point East, the air was heavy and spiced with the iodine scent of lichen. The gentle transition between day and night saw the opaque sea positively glow.
This photograph is suited to reproduction as an unframed acrylic glass artwork. The foreground detail would arrest the eye while the silvered content in the print substrate would bring out the reflection and depths in the sea. The drop down menu below lists this purchase option in a number of sizes, which comes as a 2mm thick gallery glass.
However, there are 'deeper' 4mm and even 6mm depths available. These add a lustrous depth to the image. So if you would like to discuss your options and see a high resolution version of the image, feel free to use the Contact Me section or call me on 01637 831251.
