A glowing smear of sundown colour smudges the sky to create a spectacle within sombre, symmetry.
I had been in place on the tip of Pentire Point East for a good while, yet as I sipped coffee and waited, nothing was happening in my viewfinder. The sky remained stubbornly overcast and I wondered if I was going to have a rare 'blank' shoot. Yet, as the light lowered, a thin murky break started to appear just over the horizon. A short while later, I composed this minimalist, graphic seascape that has proved very popular.
