As a wet and chilly May day draws to an end, the rainclouds break over Porth Nanven and the sky takes on the merest hint of a rosy flush. The rounded rocks below are cast with a soft light that gives them reflective lustre.
To compose this shot I had to make full use of my chest waders. Sitting amongst the stream that was in spate from the day's rainfall, I used the flow to combine with the incoming waves to create this flooded foreground.
Aside from the options available in the drop down menu below, this image would suit reproduction as a large fine art print mounted within a heavily carved, ornate, black, or antique gold, frame. This impressive piece would create a striking feature amongst clean, white surroundings. Or it would reside amongst the dark, richly textured surroundings of a study or sitting room.
